Wort chillier (25 feet)
turkey frier burner - propane, ~70,000 btu
stainless spoon (ditch the plastic)

Fermenting
6.5gal carboy
2x 6.5 gal ale buckets

Conditioning
1x 5 gal carboy

-Thermometer strips, thermometers (floating, stick, etc)
